I've spent my career at the earliest, most uncertain stage of company building — the part where the product is raw, the market hasn't been proven, and someone has to go out and make things happen.
That's where I thrive. As employee #1 at AdMobilize, I helped build the business development engine from scratch, drove early adoption, and led fundraising efforts that positioned the company for acquisition. Then at EverydayCarry.com, I led BD through a growth phase that ended with the site being acquired by Ridge.
I've also built and exited cannabis operations across multiple states — a different kind of challenge that sharpened my instincts for operations, regulation, and finding opportunity in emerging markets.
Since 2023, I've been consulting independently — helping founders and operators with the things that move the needle: partnerships, growth, and getting to the right outcome.
